Cone gear planetary transmission reducer:

Two heavy-duty imported reducers are specially customized for the mixer.Its structure makes it has long service life and predominant efficiency of higher than 92%.All the shock brought by quick loading or full-load restarting can be easily an safely buffered and absorbed.

Bearing of mixing shaft:

The bearing is especially designed as an entirely separate part from shaft seal.If the shaft seal is damaged unexpectedly, the bearing will not be damaged.In addition, this design is easy for the maintenance and replacement of shaft seal.

Mixing shaft:

Equipped with a hexagonal mixing shaft as standard design,which has optimized torsional and bending strength.Hexagonal mixing shaft is convenient for arranging the position of  mixing arm, making it form a spiral layout and reducer the best mixing effect.

Shaft seal:

Shaft seal adopts imported reliable axial seal and all sealing parts are easy to be removed and replaced.It is also suitable for bad work conditions for daily maintenance.

Discharging door:

The discharging device is desinged as arc shape, simple in seling structure but with significant performance and functions.Discharging door can be opened into different stages,especially suitable for delivery to truck mixer.In special application, a large-scale discharging door can be used to accelerate discharging speed.
